The Design Process-

The Design Process starts with a discussion about your ideas, target markets and your Smart Car. Once we decide on your design needs and budget, we can determine whether a Full Wrap, panel Skins or color graphics and lettering will achieve the best results within your budget.

We will provide you with an Estimated Cost and the Production time to create and install your Smart Car or vehicle wrap.

Next, we begin the design process. Our design team has more than 25 years experience designing high-end advertising and graphics.  In fact, we hold 14 International awards from the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association International - SGIA.

Our design team will use our experience to catch your prospective customers eye and get their attention. Then we design the graphics to get you message across in seconds and get them to call, respond to a website or just flag you down.

Yes it’s true, we get hundreds of calls from our own company wraps. Many times when we’re filling up at the gas station, people come and ask us for business cards, want a quote or have a specific project in mind.

We can Produce or reproduce your Company Logo as needed. We also gather other design elements needed: lettering, backgrounds, other design features and then assemble them into professional vehicle outlines to create your custom wrap design.

We will produce an initial design comp and get your feedback. After talking about your likes or any possible changes we fine tune your design and print the final comp for your approval.

We then provide you with a final Design, a final quote in writing and the timeline for completion of your wrapped vehicle.

Keep in mind that most of the Design process can be accomplished via E-mail and file transfers after the initial meeting.

The Production Phase

Once the design has been finalized we will begin the production of your custom wrap. All Designs are re-verified with actual measurements to the Vehicle prior to printing and laminating your Smart Car Skins  Wrap. Your Wrap design is printed on our state of the art Mutoh Value Jet printer with Wave technology. This technology eliminates banding commonly experienced with Ink Jet printers. All Smart Car Skins are printed with Eco-Solvent Inks. These inks will last 3+ years outdoors and when laminated, the Ink color fastness is 5-7 years. All Smart Car Skins are laminated with this UV Clear laminate prior to installation for a long life and a High Gloss finish.

All Smart Car Skins wraps are printed at a whopping 1440 dpi.  This allows us to produce the highest resolution photographic images with no pixillation.  We print on only the highest quality Vinyl’s made by 3M, Oracal and Avery.  All wraps have a 3-5 year warranty for colorfast durability and can easily be removed if you decide to sell your vehicle or when it’s time for a new ad campaign.  It doesn’t matter whether it’s a Door Sign, Graphic or a full wrap, Smart Car Skins  will go the extra mile to insure you get the very best product at a great price.

Your Custom Smart Car Skins Wrap will be precision installed to match your final proof as close as possible by certified Installers. Our certified installers spend the extra time to make sure your Smart Car Skins Wrap is installed correctly for longevity and pattern match.

All work is done inside of our 2000 sq. ft., enclosed Smart Car Skins / Mad Wrapper facility. This allows us to control the environment and temperature during installation. Many sign shops do their wrap installations outside where there is no control over temperature, dirt, airborne contamination or humidity.
